Welcome!
We are a North Carolina-based nonprofit organization incorporated with the North Carolina Department of The Secretary of State on May 27th, 2010, and awarded our 501(c)(3) tax exempt status by the Internal Revenue Service on December 2nd, 2010. Our desire and goal is to meet the social needs of the members of our tri-county region, and to help those in times of hardship. We worship together as a community of believers. We support one another’s spiritual values and beliefs. We nurture the faith of our community in a variety of ways, including faith-based outreach programs, community impact/social service initiatives and educational development.
Mission Statement
Winford Ministries is a non-profit community service organization striving to improve quality of life within our communities. Networking services, products and information to youth and families within our tri-county region (Hoke, Robeson and Cumberland). We do so through education, volunteerism, financial contributions and in-kind services to underprivileged families.
Philosophy
In partnership with public and private organizations, our goal is "connecting people and enriching lives." Winford Ministries accomplishes this by building community, advocating for youth and family concerns, maximizing service effectiveness and linking people with information.
